What is Essex Business Forum (EBF)?

Essex Business Forum is an association of professional business people and owners of established and reputable SMEs based in Essex and the surrounding areas which represents every trade and profession, and with the addition of an extended network of businesses in highly specialist fields.

The purpose of Essex Business Forum is to provide the means by which its members can promote their own and each others' businesses for their mutual benefit; to provide business support for each other; to generate business referrals and create new commercial opportunities for each other; and to help each other to develop and grow their individual businesses.

Better Business by Referral

EBF provides a variety of opportunities for the benefit of its members, including networking, forums, presentations, referral-exchange sessions, exhibitions and other events at which members can meet or be recommended to potential new suppliers, or customers; plus structured external online and offline marketing activities for ongoing promotion of EBF member-businesses to the public and the local business community.

Unlike other networking meetings, ours are fun and productive. We do, of course, maintain a regular agenda and of course our principal goal is to generate business for our members.

Any business can apply to join. The more members our group has the more powerful and effective it becomes for everyone. Membership applications must be supported by business references, and are intended to ensure that all member-businesses are competent, reliable and stable - the foundation from which the trust and respect of fellow members grows into confident recommendations.
